ATTU NAJI RAPHAEL is the Managing Consultant and Chief Executive Officer. He is a Professional Trainer certified by Centre for Management Development (CMD). He has over seventeen (17) years diverse working experience in General Management, Banking, Auditing, Accounting, Operations Research and Training in both private and public sectors of the economy. He was a member of the Nigeria Vision 20:20 20 National Technical Working Group – Human Development Thematic Area. He has attended both local and international workshops on International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-sized Entities (SMEs), International Financial Reporting Standards for public interest entities, International Public Sector Accounting Standards, Audit Quality Assurance Inspection, Trade-Based Anti-Money Laundering. He has the privilege to link up with Edinburgh Group, an International Group of 15 Professional Accountancy Organizations (PAOs) championing SMEs sustainability worldwide in the areas of access to finance, networking, and technology.

 As a Professional, he is a Registered Member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.

Mr. Momojimoh Ahmed Rufai; MBA, ACIB, MNIM. – Principal Consultant

A Master of Business Administration degree holder (MBA) from University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. An Associate Chartered Banker (ACIB) from Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Member of Nigeria Institute of Management, with over twenty (20) years experience in the banking industry. He has attended various seminars, conferences & symposiums on contemporary Banking and Development issues and has served as Senior Partner with firms of audit, accounts and management consulting.  He is skilled in Bank operations, Credits and Marketing, Public Sectors, Audit and Management consultancy, SME Business Plans development & Capacity Building, Enterprise Monitoring & Evaluation, Risk Based Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Techniques.  He is an excellent team player/leadership and is literate in computer applications. 
He has flair for applying creative problem solving and lean management skills with a growing company to achieve optimum utilization of its resources to profitability.

Adikwu O. Godwin; CNA, MBA, ANIM, B.Sc. – Principal Consultant

A graduate of Management studies Second Class Honours in 1986 from the cherished UNIJOS, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the famous ABU Zaria. Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (ANIM) as well as Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and Computer literate. He has acquired continued and varied field working experience in General Management Consultancy, Accounting, Auditing, Administration and Training spanning over sixteen years post graduation, in manufacturing, Certified Public Accounting Firm, and Core Investment Portfolio domains.

Arumona, O. Jona; M.Sc, B.Sc. ACA, ANIM

An accounting graduate from the coveted ABU Zaria and bagged a degree with second Class Honours Upper Division in 1987. He also earned Masters degree in the same discipline. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). He has over fifteen (15) years working experience in Private Consulting, Auditing, Accounting, Banking and Human Capital Development in Banks, manufacturing concerns, and parastatals.

Elias A. John; PGD, ACMA

He is a professional in Computer Operations, and handles the operations and marketing services of the firm. He has over twenty five (25) years vast experience in practical Organization Operations, Marketing and Management Information System in both Private &  Public sector of the Economy. He is renowned for organizational re-engineering

Emmanuel A. Otukada; MNIM, HND Electrical/Computer Engineering.

He is a professional in Information and Communication Technology. He has vast experience in practical Information Technology Operations and Software Programming. He is renowned for organizational re-engineering in ICT sector.
